GotRef History Minimize

GotRef was started to address the logistics of assigning officials to sporting events.

There are a number of factors that make this a difficult process for the assignors of officials to events. The logistics can be cumbersome for both assignors and officials. Officials need a consolidated schedule for ease of management and assignors want the ability to quickly find officials that are available for the level game they are trying to assign.

By using a sophisticated program to determine an official’s availability, qualification and interest level, combined with the latest technologies, our software has the ability to bring the cost of assignments down and to reduce the number of official changes for events due to turn backs.   Our systems use a collaborative scheduling approach, elminating the confusion of trying to maintain multiple schedules.

Our referee scheduling software is web based, so you don't have to worry about installation problems.  Our scheduling software also offers a robust notification engine that guarantees reliability and complete messaging for each assignment.  The scheduling software also ensures that only the available officials are listed to streamline the process of scheduling the referees for games.

Whether your sport is basketball, football, volleyball, soccer or any other sport out there today, our software can help you schedule the officials you need for your events.  Our referee scheduling software is a leader in sports logistics and will certainly make your processes more efficient.

Our goal is a simple one: Streamline official to event assignments to reduce overhead with this process.

Our Mission Minimize

Our mission is to create a streamlined approach to assigning officials to games.  Whether you assign or officiate, this referee scheduling system is designed with both goals in mind.  Our site is geared to handle all logistics associated with this process and provide benefit to not only the assignors, but officials as well.  Officials have to manage assignments from multiple assignors and personal schedules.  If this schedule can be tracked in one place and searchable by assignors, it cuts the logistical problems significantly because the officials schedule can be up to the minute with assignments, not giving the assignor the ability to select an already booked official.  Better yet, if more than one assignor uses the same officials, they will all be immediately up to date with the officials schedule at the point of aassignment.  This helps eliminate turnbacks, double bookings and the headaches of finding last minute officials because the problem is eliminated at assignment time.  If you're an assigor or an official and you would like to try our demonstration site, please contact sales at sales@gotref.com
