Communicating with officials about special events, meetings or other information concerning their season is usually a cumbersome process.  Not only does this process usually consume a lot of time, but it is also a lot of maintenance.  If you choose to communicate via email, the message may get lost, it may get filtered by spam filters or it may get lost if that user receives a lot of email.  

My Messages solves this problem by creating an online message board where you can post a message.  Send messages to a singler user, or groups you define, it's your choice.  The user has their own 'inbox' on our system that is specific to the messages you send.  The official can then decide to have those messages forwarded via email as well.  The best part about this feature is that the messages will be available on our system regardless of whether or not they choose to receive emails.    Users want a choice when it comes to email subscriptions and My Messages is the answer!
